Data Deletion

Cardive respects your privacy. All your card information and personal records are stored strictly on your local device. To remove your data completely, you can delete specific records within the app settings or simply uninstall the application. Please note that purchase records, subscription details, and transaction history are managed securely by Apple or Google and cannot be directly deleted by us.

How is my card data stored?

Cardive is designed with a privacy-first approach. All your cards, expenses, and repayment reminders are stored locally on your device (using iOS App Group or Android secure app storage). We do not run any cloud servers for your data, meaning your records are entirely under your control.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

If you purchased Cardive Pro, your subscription is managed directly by your platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You can view, manage, or cancel it anytime through your phone's Account settings -> Subscriptions.

How do repayment and fee reminders work?

Reminders in Cardive are scheduled and triggered entirely on your device using local system notifications. They do not require an active internet connection to trigger. Please ensure that you have granted notification permissions to Cardive in your device settings.

How do I export or backup my data?

Pro subscribers can export their records to a standard CSV file at any time from the app settings. Since your data is not stored in the cloud, we recommend exporting a CSV backup periodically to keep your records safe in case you change or lose your device.
